Quality Plus Essentials, Inc. wishes to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.
If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days from receiving it. You will receive a refund within 30 days from the date we receive the item at Quality Plus Essentials. In order to return an item, you must send an email to QualityPlusEssentials@gmail.com stating the reason for return, purchase date, cost of item and what item you are returning. You must wait for a confirmation email from our support team BEFORE you return the item. The address where the product has to be returned to, will be communicated in this email. Items should be returned new and in the condition in which they were delivered. Please enclose relevant bank and account information. And please keep your mail receipt as proof of shipment. Costs associated with payment and delivery processing are covered by Quality Plus Essentials.
Please check your product carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 48 hrs. of receipt. We are selling our products as containing cannabidiol. We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any extra benefits for products containing cannabidiol. If you have questions about this product, please contact our customer service team prior to purchase.
If you checkout using ACH and the funds are not available in your account, you will be assessed a $35 penalty for insufficient funds. We are charged and will pass that charge to you. Please verify that you have the funds in your account before you click the purchase button.
Quality Plus Essentials, Inc. respects your privacy. We handle your personal information in a respectful manner. We are responsible for all personal information given to us by you, such as name, address, and other obligatory information needed when registering as well as ordering at Quality Plus Essentials. We will NEVER share your personal information with a third party.
The delivery of the ordered will be made to the delivery address specified by the ordering party. If one or more of the items you have ordered are sold out at the time of ordering, we will not be able to accept your order. We will then inform you immediately by email if this should be the case. Quality Plus Essentials ships with USPS. Quality Plus Essentials is 100% legal to ship to all 50 States in the US.
We ship across the U.S from Reno, Nevada.
We process and ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt (unless otherwise stated or out of stock). Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM PST, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on a holiday are excluded. We do not ship on national holidays.
We ship using the standard USPS shipping method. If you need your order sooner, please contact us before the order is placed.
HOW LONG BEFORE YOU GET YOUR PACKAGE?
Time is of the Essence! Once your order is processed and the funds are received, your package will be in the mail within 48 hours… GUARANTEED! You will normally receive your Quality Plus Essentials package within 3 to 5 working days depending on where you live. However, there are things that may further delay your shipment which are out of our control. If you paid using the bank transfer option, add at least 4 days for processing. The funds will be available in our bank approximately 4 days after transfer is made from our customer side. As soon as we receive the funds we will ship your Quality Plus Essentials order.
